I took my car in on a Monday because a couple of things weren’t working correctly. When I put my car in reverse the screen showing the backup camera is completely dark. I was told they would need to keep it a couple of days. They kept it until Tuesday of the next week and basically told me there is nothing they can do to fix it. I also called many times requesting an update and could never speak to a person I had to leave a message on their voicemail which told me they would text me back. I didn’t get an answer every time but the couple I got said they would check the status and didn’t follow through and if they did the text said I might get my car back the next day. I didn’t get my car back until the following Tuesday with everything working with the same problems I took it in for. I am extremely unhappy with the service department at Bentley. I don’t like never being able to talk to a person, only receiving a text message and not each time I called. I would NOT recommend Bentley for service.
