Huge thank you to Kevin Goodyear Towing — especially Kevin and Jason of Dothan — for coming to the rescue when I had my giant 5th wheel toy hauler stuck in a sink hole. I’ll admit I was not a very happy camper while I was stuck, nor am I one to leave reviews but these guys showed up ready to work and got me out quickly and professionally. Really appreciate the fast response and great attitude. If you ever find yourself in a bind, they’re the ones to call!

From the time I called dispatch to the tow truck driver pulling away Goodyear Towing was a professional organization with customer service at its forefront. It's the way I remembered it being years ago when you could expect a company to go above and beyond to be of excellent service. The driver they sent was extremely helpful. Dispatch knew exactly what to ask so the right equipment showed up to do the job. Truly a perfect experience given the circumstance since I was broken down. After this experience I'll never call another type company if Goodyear Towing is an option.
