Surely they doing what they to do best Ripping people off . Just stop at Terrazul apartments Miami 33174 to drop off my daughter that is moving in from Orlando . Did it because the inside personal at the office advised us to do it while dropping off and leaving the hazard lights blinking . As soon as we cross the door they rush to tow the vehicle , moved forward few feet so be able to charge $145.00 instead of $75.00 on the spot. Surely someone will have to investigate the way this company is operating.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Prestige Towing. The drivers were unprofessional and rude during the interaction, which made an already stressful situation even worse. This company services our apartment community and aggressively tows vehicles under “unauthorized” claims, even in situations where residents are already struggling financially. Instead of showing professionalism or basic courtesy, the communication felt dismissive and disrespectful. Towing someone’s vehicle is a serious action that impacts their ability to get to work, care for their family, and handle daily responsibilities. Companies operating in residential communities should handle situations with clarity, fairness, and professionalism not hostility. I strongly encourage management to address customer service standards and how drivers communicate with residents. Respect goes a long way. And stop hooking up cars and then when confronted you all take bully defense. We are the ones working hard paying for our vehicles only to have your company come out and create auto repair bills. When the car is in the parking space the magic number is $72.50 and when the vehicle is removed from the parking space the cover charge price is then $145.00, if they drag out 5 cars that is a total amount of $700. This is the reason why they hook up so fast and drag the cars into the street.This type of company needs INVESTIGATION. Any complex that hires them has to be UNPROFESSIONAL as well.

What you have going on at ihop on bird road is unethical. I ordered a to go order and had my car towed in the parking lot and forced to pay $145 in the TD bank parking lot . Does the bank Give you permission to conduct business there ? You guys have all my information. I witnessed other cars getting damaged as they were towed out. A white Teslas bumper scraped the floor while I was waiting to pull out . $145 is unethical and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal what you have going on.Either your driver had a horrible cold /runny nose or he was under the influence of cocaine driving erratically to take as many cars out of the parking lot . I don’t appreciate the intimidation more than having to pay the $145. You have my license and information I don’t appreciate your company predatory tactics . It is unsafe.
