This is a great way to recoup your money from old/warn out parts. However, Amanda is the rudest person. Whether in person or on the phone, she is curt, short and not customer oriented. I am really not sure why you would have such person be on the frontline with such a negative attitude and disposition. She was rude when I stood at the window on 2/7 where I was instructed that I would receive a check in the mail in 3-5 days. She did not even mail it out until 2/14 and yelled at me to state it may be further delayed due to the holiday. I know that you are making enough profit that you can at least have a pleasant person to deal with, on the frontline. Or she need customer service training ---- From an HR professional

Don't make the mistake of coming here to load the workers, they are a scandal, they broke the trailer into pieces. The manager is very bad and very deceitful.

Don’t waste your time coming in here. I called this place multiple times about what the price of bare bright copper was and each time they said it was $4.50 at the time. I then go there and have to wait 20 minutes just to find out that it was 3.30 a pound. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.
