Incredible service from Aaron at Advantage Transport Towing I had a terrifying experience stranded on the side of the highway, and the first towing company I called left me waiting for over an hour and then disappeared. I got them through my insurance. Was given a 90 minute time window at 9:14. I was asked to leave the keys with the vehicle, but it was broken down in a not great part of the neighborhood which I had made clear. The 90 minute window WELL passed so I called, they told geico they got a police call and those come first so rest assured that my tow would be done in another 30-45 minutes. I woke up this morning to find out they never towed my vehicle, never called me to cancel or communicate and cancelled with GIECO a whole hour after telling me another 30 mins at 12:15 am. If you get them through your insurance please tell them to use another towing service. THESE PEOPLE SUCK. Hopefully if enough people do they’ll go out of business. 24 hours operating hours is not correct.
