This was my first time at a junkyard and I just found it all soo freakin cool, and the pictures I got from my quick trip here were awesome!

Met by some guy carrying a sidearm on the way in, not sure what that was about. The entrance and grounds feel pretty toxic. Fluid spills everywhere. Definitely didn't want to drive too close because I was confident there were nails or metal debris that would find it's way into my tire. Bummer that Western closed down.

I really like this scrap yard for the conveniences being local and I really love the staff. But I must say though if I have a lot of scrap and especially copper- I go to Denver because they pay you four times as much so it’s worth the drive then.
