I had an amazing experience at RNR Tire Express! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and ready to help. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I came in needing new tires and a wheel alignment, and they took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. I never felt pressured or confused about what was being done. They were honest, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The price was great, especially for the quality of service I received. My car drives so much smoother now, and I feel a lot safer on the road knowing everything was done right. If you’re in Battle Creek and need tires, wheel alignment, or any tire services, I definitely recommend checking them out. They truly care about their customers and do excellent work. This was the ONLY place in town that had my tire size in stock and was able to install it that same day. Called ahead of time and got everything settled very quickly. Had the pleasure of working with Darryl Corley, who was very personable, honest, and communicative. Everything costed a bit less than I had expected, which was also very nice! I didn’t have to wait long at all for my tire to be changed. I had a very great experience here and would recommend to anybody needing their vehicle serviced!
