My husband and I highly recommend ATR. Allan was extremely helpful and we will always recommend him!! My husband bought a boat in Georgia, gets close to home when one of the tires all the way down to the spindle came off!! Allan treated it as if it was his own. No damage done whatsoever and even calmed down my husband who was just so sick over it. We can’t thank him enough!!

ATR was incredibly quick to respond and even arrived before the quoted time. Adam was polite, professional, and an exceptionally skilled driver. I’ve had many cars towed over the years, but he was the first to navigate our tight, steep driveway with ease — on a very dangerous hill, no less! He went above and beyond, managing to get my car perfectly into the carport so I could work on it out of the weather. The prices are a bit higher than some other local options, BUT the quality and care made it absolutely worth it! Another huge plus: ATR accepts cards, which is super convenient. I’d definitely call them again — it’s rare to find a towing service this trustworthy and capable.

Zero stars really!! My car was towed on a Friday afternoon. The young lady I spoke with on Sunday gave me the price I would have to pay on Monday to get the car out. I arrived to get my car with the amount of money I was told and the gentleman there decided to tack on more money per day that the car had been there. He was EXTREMELY rude!!!! said "do you want your car or not?!" so if you HAVE to use them just know the price changes based on the day and who you are speaking to at the time.
