A few weeks ago I picked up a chunk of metal in the front tire of my new (to me) truck. It was only then that I discovered I had to have a specific tool to get my spare tire, and at the same time found I did not have the tool. I called my roadside service from my insurance and they told me assistance would be there within an hour. Trevor, the Simpson's driver was there within 15 minutes. He was very prompt and very professional. However, he was misinformed by my insurance company and told he was changing a tire. Just so you know, they do not carry the tool to lower the tire. You have to be able to get access to your spare. Not willing to leave me stranded, he contacted his dispatcher Jason. As a carpenter I keep a lot of tools in my truck. They figured out a way to get the tire down, got it changed, and got me home within 30 minutes of arrival. I have dealt with this company a few times over the years and have always been happy with the service. This time they went above and beyond what other companies would do. They are a great company with great folks and I highly reccomend!!!

Today I was in an emergency situation and Daniel came extremely quickly after my call to tow my car back to my house. He also let me get in his truck and let me ride with him. I am forever grateful for his generosity and willingness to help me.Thank you so much. They are understanding and empathetic humans that come to help quickly and efficiently.

Needed to have a vehicle “towed/carried” to a local garage after it completely shut down in a shopping center lot. Called Simpson’s who indicated it would be approx 1 hr before arrival. In 65 minutes, the driver/tow arrived. He quickly loaded the vehicle and met me at the garage. Very professional and cordial service. Reasonable charge: $75 for pick-up & 6 mile tow. Highly recommend Simpson’s!
