I recently took my Jeep to RCI for what I anticipated would be a routine alignment, but the experience transformed into a masterclass in automotive expertise and professional communication. If you are looking for a shop that treats your vehicle with more than just standard wrench-turning logic, this is the place. One of the most impressive aspects of their operation is the top-tier communication. RCI utilizes a streamlined system that sends a comprehensive digital link directly to your phone, detailing exactly what issues were discovered. They even include videos via the portal to show you the specific problems, which provides 100% transparency. If you aren't able to answer a call, they don't leave you in the dark; they immediately follow up with a message to keep the process moving. While I went in for an alignment, the team identified that I actually required a full steering system replacement. What sets David and his crew apart is that they understand the specific needs of your build better than you do. Rather than simply installing standard OEM parts, which would have been the easy fix, they recommended an upgraded steering system complete with a stabilizer shock. While the high-performance parts represented a larger investment, it was the correct move for my setup. My Jeep is now properly equipped to handle off-roading with larger tires, ensuring long-term durability rather than a temporary patch. It is natural to feel anxious about overpaying for labor or parts in the off-road industry, but the quality of the work here justifies every cent. The turnaround time was incredibly efficient, and David and the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Took my 1995 Wrangler in to replace the original steering assembly (tie rod, drag link, damper). Dave as usual provided great communication throughout the process and Zac did a professional job on the repairs. Should be good for another 300k miles! I’ll just have to get used to not hearing the front end rattle over bumps anymore. Feels solid after RCI did their magic. I only trust my Jeep with this shop to get the job done right.

I give these folks five stars because they are dedicated Jeep professionals. Their tech and marketing is pretty outstanding, but when you go there, you know your jeep has found a home. Low-key, straightforward business operation. Just like most of my fellow Wrangler-Heads would appreciate. Outstanding customer service and just really a nice bunch of down to earth folks to do business with. My new soft top is beautiful, and perfectly installed!
