This is simply the worst of the worst. Uneducated rude lack of proper management .they ignore the phone .they are very poorly staffed.had to wait over an hour for customer service.given incorrect information .rude treatment by the manger.never ever going to an O'Reilly location again for anything. Rude unfair treatment by uneducated manager . The worst customer service I had ever seen anywhere. Close this place down . Hire some real professional management. Simply the worst auto parts store ever. Very uneducated ,rude & Highly incompetent. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORTS IN THIS PLACE>> O.M.G. terrible experiences more than once . I can not believe they have any business at all with their poor attitude towards customers. Filthy language used by manager & horrible treatment of a valued customer.

Paul is the man I stopped in here late night in the middle of a bit of a disaster and he totally helped me out and was really quite accommodating. He seems like the rare staff member who actually cares about the people coming in the door
