THE WORST COMPANY TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE. My car was towed by this shop and I trusted Deitrich to fix my car but have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Not only did they damage the brand new bumped they put on my vehicle but then they scratched the hood as well and the fenders, PAINTED THE BUMPER THE WRONG COLOR and etc. One of the techs had been driving my vehicle around as my gas tank was completely full, my grey leather seats were SOILED WITH GREASE, and to top it all off they blew the speaker in my driver door panel. I have been begging this man for MONTHS now to fix the damages him and his company have created for my vehicle and although I FOUGHT to get my paint job corrected I am now STILL LEFT WITHOUT a proper working speaker. If you care about your vehicle at all, save yourself the headache and bring your vehicle else where.

Car theft at its finest. I go to pick up my vehicle and they refuse to release it even after trying to pay their made up fees. They want to try and keep my car and I have reported to the BBB. Refusing to comply with the law and removed car from yard as police were called. Avoiding place at all cost

My university student found himself needing a tow and repair on a Friday afternoon. I am on the west coast rooting for him from afar. It was with great relief that I watched him connect with Lisa. They arranged to get his car picked up Saturday morning, and she had the car repaired and running Monday afternoon. She was kind, helpful. I felt at ease and my son felt he got a fair deal. I highly recommend and feel I have a trusted partner helping my son far from home.
