We had Bryant come out during rush hour on 565 to recover our vehicle that had broken down on the side of the highway. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Bryant’s clear and consistent communication immediately put us at ease. He safely loaded our vehicle, transported it all the way back to our home, and placed it exactly where we asked. He even called ahead when he was on the way and again after delivery to make sure everything was positioned perfectly. Bryant is a true professional — attentive, thorough, and genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers are happy. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. If you need a tow or roadside recovery, Bryant is the guy to call!

On the evening of January 14, 2025, I found myself in a stressful situation when my vehicle became stuck in a ditch and was completely immobilized, requiring a winch-out. In my distress, the first towing company that came to mind was Chandler Towing. When I called, I spoke with Brandon and tried my best to explain what had happened. He let me know that he might not have a driver available, as my location was more than 45 minutes away. With temperatures below 30 degrees, he still took the time to ask thoughtful questions to better understand my situation and even requested a photo of my vehicle in the ditch so he could properly assess how to help. A few minutes later, Brandon called back and let me know that he would personally come out to assist me, even though none of his other drivers were available. At the time, I didn’t realize that I was speaking with the owner of Chandler Towing, which made his willingness to help even more meaningful. Chandler Towing truly went above and beyond during a very stressful moment, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism shown that night. We will absolutely be using Chandler Towing for any future needs, and I can confidently say that anyone who chooses them will be in excellent hands.

Chandler Towing went over and above to assist when insurance totaled our vehicle. They moved two vehicles onsite to allow us better access so we could remove personal items from the totaled vehicle. Very professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you for your kindness in a bad situation!
