Today I was stranded in Madison and expected to have to wait a long time because it was rush hour. Luckily I was wrong about that. Korey, my driver, called to let me know he was on the way and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He was very courteous, friendly and even brought me with my car to Athens. I am so thankful he was able to help and assist me in such a timely manner. Korey did a great job!!

Last night my brothers tire completely broke off his hinge and your driver was able to save us from a different truck charging us 400. Your driver came speedy got us help and dropped off faster than I could blink.

DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY”; he outright stole my vehicle * This individual falsified an impound and abandonment document and outright stole my Tesla. He claimed it was impounded and was supposed to take it to a charging area, but instead took it to his lot. Then he demanded $700 instead of the agreed $95. My car was never impounded; he fabricated the impound report, refused to return my vehicle, and damaged it while it was in his possession. This occurred in April 2025, and I still do not have my vehicle back.
