Well let me just say this this is Mike Hastings I called in today and a girl answered the phone and she had the smarts attitude with me right off the bat I was trying to see how much they would charge me to tow a car not far from there office to Athens and she told me it would be 450 plus credit card fees I’m not even going 30 miles that’s crazy and then said it would be at least 3 hours before she could get a driver clear well lest just say this her name is Katie she is very rude and hateful I will not call selfs wrecker service ever again I wish I could give lesser stars I have used this company a long time ago and there was a young man in the office he was the best I can’t remember his name but they need to get him back in there doing there secretary work he was very respectful too i think the owner is Melissa if it is you need to do something with the girl running your office I will not call this company ever again I need to know who’s the owner of this place is

I was carrying my wife to get a MRI done and someone lost a about a10” log off there truck and it punched a huge hole in my tire with no spare tire the came out and tried to get a tire for it but the tire store had nothing and the guy was going to toe my car for free but he found me a tire and put it on and wouldn’t let me pay for nothing.God puts people out there like this guy I believe he name was Johnathan I just can’t think him enough and the lady Katie that was there also was tremendous help

Our truck broke down in Athens this morning so we called Self’s Wrecker. The lady that answered could not have been nicer, which was very helpful since we were having a tough morning. The driver, let me just say he was absolutely the BEST! He was so friendly, helpful and made the situation much easier to deal with. I can’t remember his name, but he was on call for the Hwy 72 / I-65 area in Athens (for his employers reference). If you need a good tow company, please consider Self’s Wrecker. Price was comparable to competitors in Athens, but for us, the customer service set them apart this morning!
