How could they keep my car and sell it to someone else? I won't rest until I get it back, and I'll call the police as soon as I get to the United States. This place has bad business after being arrested and car being towed by F&S Towing and Recovery when I got out of jail after 12 days it was gonna be $600 to get my car out like I have that kind of money after getting out of jail but anyways I was told that if I'm not able to get all my stuff out by March 25th that my car that I own and had a good tag and everything will be auctioned off I don't think they should be allowed to do this this is why alot of people end up losing their vehichles because of this and I think something needs to be done about it to have a better way of helping people after getting out of jail. Besides all of that they tell me office is open Mon-Fri 9-3 that to let them know when I'm on the way well being my car is in impound its pretty hard trying to get a ride their so the 2 times I got a ride and was on the way when I called they said that their is only 1 person that works in the office and she wasn't gonna be their so that puts it off even longer now that I have to wait to get my stuff out before it gets auctioned off and all I'm saying is what if I had the money to get my car out from the 1st day I was on the way their then they tell me no one is in the office so then that's another rate of $25 a day everyday after that that their charging people and that's how they get your money. And that's all! Thanks.

Can see why this place gets a bad name. It's the attitudes. I get it, its a tow company and many "customers" are rude when SOMETIMES their cars were rightfully towed, but sometimes they are actually wrongfully towed. Employees have the I don't care attitudes regardless of the situation.
