I usually don't write reviews, but I found this invoice from Nov 20, 2023. Looking at it again reminded me how bad this experience was. My apartment was paving new asphalt on the street and had this company tow my car. I went to get it only 2 hours later after I found out it was towed, but the lady there was incredibly rude to me. These people are total scammers with the way overcharge you with fake fees. They charged me $280 total for almost nothing: • $125 for the tow • $85 for "special equipment" (on a 2007 RAV4?) • $25 for storage • $45 admin fee It’s clear they just find any reason to overcharge people and have a terrible attitude while doing it

This has to be the worst tow company anywhere. It is one of the worst companies. This company ripped off part of my lower front fender. The towing cable also sliced opened my front passenger side shock. When I called the company to see if they are willing to discuss the damages that were done, they denied even being there. Then they said that God was going to punish me. UPDATE: It appears that this tow company was working without having insurance. There is at least one BBB complaint against this company. However, it's misleading, it implies that this company is owned by a church. Safer database shows thar this company is owned by someone else. Safer also shows that their USDOT number is inactive. Finally, this companies purported address is shared by other companies owned by the same married couple.
