I had such a great experience with Luke’s Towing Agency. My car suddenly stopped working in the evening and I was under a lot of stress trying to get my family safely back home while also figuring out how to get my car to a closed mechanic. I expected I would have to Uber across town to drop off the key and then Uber back home, but Angel completely took that burden off me. He was calm, professional, and reassuring, and told me he knew exactly what to do. He dropped the car off, kept me updated, and even made sure my key was delivered so I didn’t have to make an extra trip. What could have been a really complicated, stressful situation turned into a smooth and peaceful experience. Angel went above and beyond and even gave me their business card so I know how to reach them directly in the future. I highly recommend using Luke’s Towing Agency! Angel was truly the best.

Luke to the rescue! My tire blew and the dispatcher was friendly and helpful, researching places for me to go for my tire. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes and it was Luke the owner and we had a friendly conversation and the service was top notch. Would definitely use them again.
