$300 (CASH ONLY) to get your car out. Just so everyone is FULLY aware. Not only is the price absolutely RIDICULOUS, their customer service is atrocious! Their representatives who answer the phone are rude and act as if YOU are disturbing THEM for calling and inquiring about YOUR car and where to pick it up. Their tow truck driver is arrogant as well. Some people are from out of town EVEN IF they are from the same state and NEVER blatantly park in a “tow-zone” for funzies. This entire experience with this tow company was appalling to say the least, REGARDLESS of it being a distasteful job to begin with. Zero stars if I could.

Praying for you if you ever get your car towed and have to deal with these people. Absolutely horrible experience. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful, the woman on dispatch yelled at me for about 5 minutes and had a nasty attitude. They only take cash and wouldn’t let me see my car without paying (pretty sure that's against Florida law). Super sketchy and rude rude people.

Hilarion did an amazing job helping me out today! I had a flat tire and needed my car towed to my house so I could fix my flat. He was very nice and communicated well! He let me know how long it would be, the price, sent me pictures when he had my car secured, then called when he arrived! He did everything right. Asked for the location, pictures of the car, put it in neutral and towed it properly. Thanks so much for the help!
