I contacted this company after DREAM TOWING LLC left me stranded for four hours. The dispatcher was considerate and seemed to understand how urgently I needed a tow. The reason for the lower rating: I was told a driver would arrive in 30 minutes, but when the dispatcher realized they didn't actually have one available, he sent TBB TOWING instead. That driver did arrive within the promised timeframe, but the issue was that Ak Towing quoted me one price--and only after my vehicle was already on the truck and the invoice was sent did I find out they were two different companies. My advice: make sure the driver is actually from the company you were quoted through, and always confirm the price before agreeing to the tow

We definitely recommend this company where they're outstanding service. It was after 6 pm. I googled tow companies in the area of tampa close to the stadium. My friend was stuck on a curb in a Plaza. I spoke with Duke who was awesome. Him & his driver came to assist & towed the car all the way to New Port Richie. His rate was super reasonable. I gave him an extra tip.
