My mom was going through her car shield policy to try and get her car towed from her home to a body shop. Instead of the man explaining they don’t accept car shield and give her a price for paying out of pocket, he told the representative no and hung up in her face.

I've had three separate experiences with Rodney and Brian. All good! They are on par with prices around town. I don't want the cheapest mechanic ,because I love my truck! I've been quoted more when I shopped around. They have come to me to fix a flat tire. They have rotated my tires. They even moved my travel trailer. I just got my truck back with an oil change, and new brakes and rotors. Their mechanics are on point.

My vehicle broke down in Semmes and I called these people for a quote. The price I was quoted to tow my SUV roughly 4 and a half miles was way higher than every other towing company I contacted in the Semmes area. I'd suggest going elsewhere. I managed to get my vehicle home without using them, but I still feel weirded out by the quite and hiw they perform business. From the reviews I'm seeing from other people, I can say I'll probably avoid this place if I ever need a tow in the future. They seem to show signs of sketchy business practices.
