Daughter is at College at South. Her QX70 decided to leave its headlights on and act weird after a large rain event. After spending some time researching about people having horror stories at the dealer for this issue, I got on the forumns and found a true diagnostic shop. Thats these guys! Bob and Jon were great from first call to completion. I told them the problem, they said it sounds like a BCM, but there is no way to really tell without swapping parts and tracking it down. We got it in the next day, they looked at it the day after and got parts ordered! The day the parts showed up they got it programmed and tested. They could have let us have it back that night, but they wanted to let it sit overnight just to make sure no draws etc that would leave us with a dead battery in the morning. So they got it done, and still thought about what is best for the customer. A great place! Highly recommend these guys for Infinity service, and based on their other reviews and some chit chat with the owners during my status calls, they seem to enjoy the challenge of a good german project also! Thanks to the entire team!

I spoke with Jon yesterday about helping me restore an old 240z for my nephew. He was very knowable, and easy to talk with. You can tell a car guy when you talk to you, and I look forward to doing business here
