Melissa, I’m honestly surprised reading this because my experiences here have been the complete opposite. I’ve been a customer for quite some time, and every visit I’ve had has been professional, efficient, and handled with care. They’ve always checked my tires thoroughly, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was safe before I left — especially when I had to travel. As for air pressure and lug nuts, over-inflating to the point of damage or “destroying” lug nuts would be highly unusual for experienced tire techs. I’ve personally watched them use proper tools and torque procedures. If there was an issue, I’ve seen them address concerns immediately and make things right. Small, locally owned shops work hard for their reputation, and in my experience, this team has earned theirs. I’ve recommended them to family and friends without hesitation. If there were concerns, I hope they were brought directly to management so it could be resolved. Every business can have misunderstandings, but this shop has consistently proven to care about customer safety and service. Just offering another perspective from a very satisfied customer.

Had an object in my tire and came here to have it looked at. Thankfully it didn't puncture the tire. What I am not thankful for is that I asked these guys to check all 4 tires for me to make sure they were all good as I had to drive all the way back to Florida. Just walking around it does not help. They never put it on the lift to look at them. I asked for them to check the air pressure too in all of them. I guess they can't read the tire gauge as each tire was at extreme differences with one so over inflated it was unbelievable like they were trying to get that tire to pop. They loosely put my caps back on after I reminded then that they forgot to put them back on and I lost them all going down the road. The tire they checked for me they destroyed my lug nuts taken them on and off and almost damaged my wheel hub. The piece they used to take my lug nuts off was way too tight. They used a small impact drill to do this. You shouldn't have to grind and shake it loose. Total lack of knowledge here. By the way I did have another object in my tire and had to go down the street to another shop to have them repair. This place is a joke.
