Jared was great to work with. He was kind, efficient, got everything I needed and even replaced my battery and wipers for me, without hesitation. The store manager Vincent was also extremely kind. I will continue to come here, even though it isn’t the closest auto zone to me. Great team at this location - for Jared a raise!!

There are part stores all over, but the Auto Zone on Wickham near eau gallie blvd is the best if you want service from people who actually care. The manager is always great, and his employees too… like Robert M. As a woman, I know I can get reasonable help there. Highly recommend.

I came in to get a Dx code for my check engine light. I had to endure a ridiculous litany of sub par jokes before he acted like he would even help me. But the comedy routine didn't stop there. I shouldn't have to placate someone to get them to do a basic job function for a customer. I guess I didn't laugh hard enough, once he gave me the code I was dismissed. I doubt seriously that Kenny would have given my husband personalized stand up comedy if he had come in. I know I was guilty of being in a "male dominated" space while being female. But I should have been taken seriously as a customer.
