Experience was ok. Called and they said they could fit me right in for a tire rotation. I asked about replacing a couple tires and they had a couple that ended up looking nice at first when I got home l realized they had a dry cracking more than my old ones and they were 10 years old. I called them up and they said I could return them. They put my old tires back on and refunded me completely. No issues. If you need a fast tire and don't want to wait an hour or two like at other places this is your go to. They will help with something that gets you going. Would work in a pinch. But I think I need to get brand new tires. I'm just too paranoid about old aging tires. They are super busy so they treated me as professionally as they could. I paid $120 for two used tires. $30 for rotation. They did have two new tires available but wanted $140 each for them same tire is $90 at Walmart. I thought $50 for Labor and installation a piece was too much. But again your paying for the convenience factor. No hour long waits here. Under 15 minutes and you on your way.

Only shop in the county that will work on Sundays, accepts walk in tire repairs, and repairs/replaces tires with fix-a-flat and green-slime for a very fair price. Tires Plus would not work on my NEWER tire even though I just needed a small plug for a nail because of the fix a flat spray I had to use in emergency situation… Tire Shop Fernandez repaired it NO COMPLAINTS at all for $15 in under ten minutes (plus about twenty minutes for the mechanics to finish on the customers ahead of me in line I think first come first serve but these guys work diligently). if I could give six stars I would

These guys put the wrong size tire on my vehicle. He said "I have that size" then proceeds to put a different size tire on the car. I didn't notice until a couple of days later, because I drove the car like that for 17+ hours to Kentucky. Now I am feeling a "bounce" almost like a busted belt would give. I would not recommend these guys.
