I came in with an appointment and they started working on my car right away. Very nice employees. The waiting room had comfy chairs, a TV and snack machine which is good enough to make me happy while I waited. I'd definitely come back.

Tires Plus really came through for us. We were helped primarily by two great employees, both named James, which was easy to remember because they both made such a strong impression. James S., the service tech, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and James, the service advisor, made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Their help was honestly very valuable, and they made the entire experience much easier than expected. Great customer service, great communication, and a team that actually cares. I would definitely come back.

I called to get an oil change. They quoted me $91.99 over the phone when I got to the location they told me that my total would Be $106.64 even Though I had previously called and asked for the total amount out the door and it was $91.99. I came here last time to get an oil change and it was $91.99 and now there’s almost a $15 difference for recycling. This is ridiculous. They need to be more transparent with customers who are calling about pricing over the phone that way people don’t waste our time coming here and not having the correct amount because they were misled over the phone. Because now I just drove 20 minutes out out of the way to come get an oil change and I’m leaving without one because I don’t have the correct amount of funds because I was quoted the wrong price over the Phone it’s completely an inconvenience.
