I would like to commend one of your employees, Nelson, in store #4964. He was very professional and friendly. He installed my new battery quickly and asked if I had anything else he could assist me with. I asked him for the winning lottery numbers, he couldn't, too bad because I would have given him half. Seriously though, I appreciate all his help- I am an 80-year-old 100% service-connected disabled veteran and glad I ran into Nelson because I would never have accomplished the job. Luis was excellent! Went over and beyond!! Excellent customer service!! I’m referring everyone to come to this location because of his customer service. I needed to get my check engine light checked and battery checked. The other location I went to on Miramar Pkwy zip code 33027 , they told me they didn’t have any equipment to check it. They told me I had to go to this location and it was a blessing! I’m so glad they did!! Never had such good customer service!!!
