I had an excellent experience with my recent service visit. Alex Viera my service advisor was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Alex clearly explained the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed on time as promised. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service. Thank you for making the visit such a positive experience.

Absolutely horrible experience! Scheduled appointment online 3 days prior and when I arrived the day of the appointment the service advisor said I wasn’t scheduled even though I had a confirmation email. I went in for oil change, tire rotation and a few warranty issues. Basically right off the rip the advisor said they can’t rotate the tires because it’s a dually. He then asked me what made me think they could be rotated there, I said well, it’s a ford truck at a ford dealer so there’s that. Appointment starts at 8:30-9 ish and I wait, wait and wait till 1:00 when he comes out and said the oil change is done but they need another 3 hours to diag the warranty issues. I said I’ve been here 5 hours and that hasn’t been done, he says they only have one tech that can do it and he’s busy. I said there is no way I’m spending another minute here give me my truck. It would have been one thing if I was informed along the way, but I was not. They have a text system to let you know the progress and I didn’t receive a peep. Each time I went by the tech desk he was busy talking to other employees. I understand being busy but that wasn’t the case. The whole experience is terrible from arrival to the check in process to the waiting game with no updates. I absolutely will never go back to this dealer for anything! I will say that the cashier was great and very helpful. If there was a choice for no star rating I would have.

Great front office service! Poor back office efficiency and mechanic service. You will receive great customer service but your vehicle will not be better. I towed my Ford Focus there to be fixed; 2 months later, I towed it home. “ we are down a mechanic “ is the excuse. Front and the back office do not communicate properly in my opinion even with technology and ai support systems.
