I brought my vehicle in after an accident, my insurance was trying to get away with using a junkyard part to replace the faulty part in my vehicle. This was a huge safety concern for me and Mike went above and beyond to fight for me and advocate so that the insurance would make it right. This will always be my shop of choice. I took my vehicle here for some light body and mechanical work for an insurance claim. They told me they were busy and it would be a few weeks at least before they could get to my vehicle. I checked in with them once per week after the fact, twice being told that they would "get to it next week." Three more weeks went by and the vehicle hadn't been touched. The owner needs to learn to say no. Sometime after I dropped the car off there had been a hail storm. When I finally decided to take my vehicle to another shop, just about everywhere I went asked me if it was a hail damage claim due to the recent storm, and I had my answer. Hail is big money. The shop was likely prioritizing hail claims over my vehicle and putting it on the backburner. They wasted nearly 2 months of my time for nothing. I won't go back. I decided to take my ride to Caliber and they had the estimate reviewed within a week and had begun repairs.
