About a month ago, my truck wouldn't start and had have someone give me a jump. I went to O'Reilly and AutoZone to attempt to acquire a new battery as I have done in the past. Both auto part stores stated they couldn't replace the battery due to the fact they didn't have a tool to reset my truck's computer system. They said if they replaced the battery without resetting the system, my truck wouldn't start and potentially have to be towed some where to reset it. A gentleman at O'Reilly's recommended Steve to me and said he could help and provided his info. I arrived at Steve's unannounced and told him the problem and Steve was able to get me back on the road within the hour. Steve was great and offered reasonable pricing. As a woman, it was wonderful to feel comfortable and not feel like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge. Definitely would recommend Steve and will keep him in mind for any future mechanic needs.
