I had a flat tire on my way to work and was able to make it to Discount Tire before they opened. I scheduled an appointment through their app right at 8 AM, and the process was seamless. Kaden came out to my vehicle right away and immediately had his team take my car into the garage. They had my tire changed quickly and efficiently, and I was out of there in less than an hour. Thanks to their prompt and professional service, I made it to work on time and was able to treat all of my patients as scheduled. I truly appreciate the fast response and excellent customer service!

Discount Tire hooked me up with 4 new Michelin Defender tires I had great wear out of my last ones hopefully same with these. If you have an air suspension make sure technicians know to put vehicle in service mode so it doesn’t damage your system. Discount Tire actually has it printed on back of your receipt in which they (technicians) should read and follow. I waited on my truck so I was able to tell them, but they did not read what was on back of receipt? Hopefully next time they will? I will still be back!!!

Only good thing I can say is they were quick. Luckily I pay attention because the name they called when my car was ready was not me, even had all the wrong info on my receipt. (That I needed to get reimbursed from work, now I can’t because it doesn’t match) If they weren’t just straight up ignoring customers they were trying to upsell them and not actually listen to what anyone had to say. I only went there because they were the only place that had my tire in stock, but I won’t be back.
