My driver, Cody was outstanding. Completely understood when he arrived that I was cold said for me to jump in the truck to be comfortable. Very nice. Had everything on the go, I was home safe, vehicle is safe. He is a very good driver. Thank you Dick's towing for having such a wonderful thoughtful, polite human. We need more people like Cody.

Called Dick’s Towing after my insurance company’s “road side” service left me hanging for 2 hours. I should have known better and called Dick’s Towing immediately because I have always heard good things about them. They responded promptly and efficiently. What really stood out was how carefully he handled my vehicle and my belongings — he treated everything like it was his own. On top of that, he even gave me a ride, which went above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this company and John, but beyond that will be definitely using him again
