I’ve taken my older car to Tall Guy Small Guy twice now and I’ve been very pleased both times. Vince was awesome. Got my car fixed for a great price both times. Very friendly, and I appreciated how communicative and in-depth he was concerning the issues my car was having.

Been here once 2 years ago with great service, this time not so much. Had to have the same part replaced because there's something causing it to fail . I told Vince that and if they could look into the issue, he was very short with me , didn't really even let me talk, really bad attitude, he just said if they see something they look. Picked up my truck, again rude and short with my question if they could see the issue causing the problem, just a no and told me the amount, witch was 150 dollars more than the last time they replaced it. He didn't want to bother even looking into the problem, treated me like a bother, super bad attitude!!!!! Seems to me he hates being there anymore, so maybe it's time to retire Vince!! Won't ever go back and won't recommend them to anyone. Find a better place to take your vehicle

Had a transmission put in my 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6. They did a great job even though I had purchased a used Japanese transmission and stopped work once they noticed some difference in the 2 transmissions ( original and replacement). They were as patient as you could expect when you have them stop work in the middle of working on a vehicle once I figured out that the model numbers were just different between Japanese and United States we went ahead with the work and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
