would strongly caution anyone considering this U-Haul location. We reserved and prepaid for a truck through the app and received confirmation. When we arrived, we were told there were no trucks available because they were all booked. If reservations are accepted and payment is taken, the vehicle should be available upon arrival. U-Haul advertises a $50 reservation guarantee when a confirmed reservation is not honored. When we brought this up, staff told us that policy did not exist, which was inaccurate and dismissive. The situation was made worse by unprofessional customer service. The manager referred to us as “uppity” for using a certain type of credit card and made additional crude remarks. That kind of behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable in a customer service setting. This experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the failure to honor a paid reservation and the lack of professionalism. I hope management takes steps to address these issues so other customers do not have a similar experience.

Kevin is the GOAT. Had an issue with a manufacturing defect on a trailer hitch, and he sorted it out as soon as possible. Barely took 30 minutes on the installation. No paperwork or headaches, just results. Definitely coming back.
