The staff has always been knowledgeable and have done great work on the vehicles I brought. They may not be the cheapest in all honesty, but you get a lot more for your buck than if you went to somewhere quick and cheap. I let my family convince me once to go somewhere half the price and I STILL had to come back to meineke because the other place did the bare minimum! I'm still trying to get my car back in full order almost a year later. If you want great service for a reasonable price, a thorough breakdown of what's going on with your car with pictures, quotes up front, and good, helpful people working on your vehicle, come here. As the daughter of a late mechanic, I'm grateful for their service over the last 9 or so years!

This is the only shop I'm trusting with my vehicles. The local Hyundai dealership failed me several times on repairs, but Meineke got me right; AND they're one of the few places that still install customer purchased parts. Double win!

I did not see the point nor reason of them needing the VIN to my vehicle, my name, address and phone number JUST to give me an estimate to see how much they were going to charge me to install a set of struts on my vehicle. On top of all that, they were the most expensive place in the city to do it. I went to 4 different places getting estimates and NOBODY put me through all that just to give me an estimate.
