I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was checked in before my keys were even taken, and when I asked how long the wait would be (because I had to pick up my child), I was told there was only one car ahead of me. I ended up waiting an entire hour with no update. When I asked for my keys back, I was then told the wait time didn’t apply because it wasn’t just an oil change. That should have been communicated from the beginning. The issue isn’t what service I came for it’s the fact that I was given inaccurate information. As I was walking out, someone said “have a nice day” in a sarcastic tone, which made the situation even worse. Overall, I’m very unhappy and unsatisfied with the customer service and lack of clear communication.
