They nailed it, had to move several storage containers from a difficult tight area, the confidence in the driver was perfect. Had to give Randy’s a call over the weekend to get my loaded medium duty tow truck, towed to a tire shop due to a blowout of my steer tire. They quoted me 2 hours until arrival, and showed up sooner than that to get me taken care of at the early hours of the day. The gentleman who helped me, Scott, was a great guy. Treated me humane, very respectful, and knowledgeable on his trade. He even tried to give me ideas of somewhere to take it as it was the weekend and not much places were open, let alone able to service a vehicle that needs commercial tires replaced. As a fellow tow company owner, I appreciate the effort and treatment I’ve received from Randy’s the countless times I’ve needed them. I will never hesitate to call them when I’m in a bind and need help. I had to call back today to get some info on something and Alan was such a good help to me and was able to get me taken care of and made sure I didn’t need anything else. Despite another company being on site (Knob Hill Towing), who unfortunately did not assist and only observed, the team from Randy’s took full control of the situation. They cleaned up the accident scene quickly, safely, and efficiently, ensuring everything was handled correctly. Randy’s went above and beyond, and I am extremely thankful for their dedication.
