Car got towed. We saw the tow guy and he would’ve give us the location to where the car was towed and just said to call the phone number. Called it probably over 30 times and no answer. Mind you, the guy who’s meant to be in office taking the calls, is right there in the car with him. So instead of telling us that there was no one in the office. He let us run around trying to figure out where it is and have us find out there’s no one there to release the car. How is there going to be a sign that says after hours pickup is available, and then there’s no one there to respond ? Ridiculous

This company towed my son’s car and when he picked it up (less than 12 hours later) he did a quick check and noticed paint chips on the ground at his front bumper. As he looked, he realized his front bumper was now cracked and the middle section was the main area of contact. He immediately found the attendant and told him who responded with “you could have chipped the paint off when you walked up to it”. My son took pictures of all the damage while the car was still in their lot. We then called the company and since it was a Saturday, got the after-hours person who was very helpful. She told us exactly what to do and the email address to send the photos to and showed us the pictures the company took prior to the tow which proved no previous damage to the center of the bumper and no paint chipping prior to this company towing the car. Monday afternoon rolled around and we had not heard anything so we called and got the afterhours again who told us the manager would not be in till Thursday so I stated that I would be nice if he called us back by Friday. Well, Friday afternoon came and went without a call back. Called again on Monday and stated that we needed to hear back from someone ASAP. Finally, on Tuesday We received a call back and I stated everything that had conspired and asked how this was going to be handled. He stated that they would not be doing anything as it was not their fault. We will be filing a police report for damages today as this company is going around towing cars and damaging them with no care. This is a disgusting was to conduct business. One star is to much for these people.

My vehicle was towed to this facility. After paying the balance and retrieving my car, I immediately noticed that my front bumper was damaged, damage that was not present before the tow. I reported the damage to staff on site. Tow yard personnel acknowledged that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care, but when I requested intake photos or video documentation, I was told none could be provided. I connected with the police This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. A towing company has a responsibility to protect vehicles while they are in its custody, and that responsibility was not met in my case.
