Thacker Towing & Recovery delivered two huge box trailers to my house today and they did an excellent job! Owner, Kenneth Thacker, and his driver, Kenneth, were amazing at maneuvering and dropping those trailers just where I wanted them! They were very friendly and professional. I had to postphone delivery day a few times because of the wet conditions and they were very patient and understanding. Kayla, the receptionist, was super helpful and prompt with all communication. I can't express enough what a great experience this was! They will definitely be my "go to" towing company! I highly reccomend! A++++++

Highly recommend. I was in need of a tow for my daughter’s car when she had broke down. The lady I spoke too on the phone was very curtesy and friendly. She had a driver to us in a timely manner. The tow truck driver was professional and friendly as well. The cost was much less than the others I had called. If I’m ever in need of a tow again (which I hope I never am) this will definitely be the people I call.

This is definitely the best towing company near Attalla and Gadsden, Alabama. Their level of knowledge, professional business acumen and care for their customers is second to none. I was pulling my boat on I 59 when the trailer axels broke. The crew at Thacker precisely hauled the boat and trailer to their yard flawlessly. I came back days later with another trailer and the crew transferred the boat to the new trailer and had me back on my way. Everyone from the drivers, office personnel and company owner were simply amazing! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
