Took a fridge and washing machine. They refused help to get items out. Didn’t use any equipment just flipped stuff out. Damaged the tailgate of my truck. So if you use this place just know they will destroy the vehicle you are taking items in. Will NEVER use again!

Smooth experience if you know how they operate. You need to drive over the scale first, then loop around and drive back out to get your steel unloaded. Then drive back over the scale and loop around to unload any non-ferrous and get paid. Claw operator on the steel side was very talented on 3/10/25. No damage to my trailer. 1000 lbs net me $90.
