I understand it's memorial day but why answer the phone and tell me you don't know anything about my car to call back tomorrow! Did you answer the phone just so you could be rude?! Never dealt with these people before and hopefully this will be the one and only time! Your customer service sucks!

I would not recommend this company. I called the owner about 4 o'clock. He told me I'll give me an hour and my driver will be back and I'll send it to you. I said, okay, so waiting and waiting. So I called him and then I text him. I said. Hey, man, can you pick up 2 cars for me? And he said, oh, we're gonna help you. I'm just trying to fix a flat tire. And not the mission being friends with him And knowing that a fellow tow truck driver is out here. Asking for help. He is gonna sit here and do this to another tow truck driver.

I had just purchased my Nissan Altima & was 2 hours away when my transmission started slipping, I didn’t wanna cause any more damages so I gave Round About Towing LLC a call. I had heard about the business from a family friend. The owner immediately came to my rescue & was very professional & efficient while loading my car! The total cost was also reasonable! I will be giving him a call from now on for all my towing needs & would recommend this business to all family & friends! Thank you Mr. Waldrup for all your help & making me feel comfortable!
