Faster show up time! Office staff very helpful and patient with me! While I was in their tow yard getting needed items from my vehicle one of the employees came over and offered to help me with anything I might need assistance with. Caring! As one knows having your vehicle breakdown and having to get it towed is never a good situation. So when you see the serviceman from complete towing show up faster than expected and then with a friendly smile spend time trying different actions to get your vehicle started is a positive experience ! Rather than just hurry up and get your car hooked up and towed away like most towing companies do. So overall my experience with the company and the staff helped me turn a negative situation into a positive one! Because of the great customer service! Also why I give a five star rating!
