The owner is incredible! He took such great care of me and my family after our car was hit/wrecked in Loxley while on vacation. I can’t thank him enough! Fast, friendly, kind, and professional! He safely got us off the interstate and gave us so much helpful information! We were driving from Louisiana to Florida and he made sure my car got back to Louisiana quickly! Don’t hesitate to use these guys, they’re awesome!

My husband and I needed our car towed and through our insurance we did so they sent us auto medic wrecker and towing. We were informed that the driver would arrive in approximately 30 minutes, so my husband and I briefly stepped into a nearby store that was only a few steps away from where our vehicle was parked. We were inside for about 6 minutes. When we returned, we observed the driver sitting in the front seat of our vehicle using my personal iPad. As we approached, we clearly saw him clicking and navigating on the device. When questioned, he initially stated that he was “well I waiting for yall,” and later admitted that he had been looking at the iPad to see the model and acknowledged that what he did was wrong. At no point did he have permission to access or handle my personal device. This iPad contains private and personal information, and his actions were a serious invasion of privacy and highly unprofessional. I contacted there office to file a complaint and requested the driver’s name, which I was given as Christian Martin. I was informed that a supervisor would contact me; however, instead of a supervisor, the driver himself called me directly, Asking “how he can resolve the situation” which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I contacted your office again today to follow up and asked to speak with a supervisor who had been expected to call me. I had to explain the situation once more. During this call, the representative asked me what I wanted to be done about the situation instead of acknowledging the seriousness of my concern or offering an apology. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. A supervisor returned my call a few hours later and stated that he would speak to the driver. However, I was then told that I “did not have to worry about any money missing” because the driver has a good credit score and earns a certain amount of money annually. This response was irrelevant to my complaint. The issue is that the driver picked up my personal iPad, unlocked it, and scrolled through it without my permission while I was present. The driver’s financial status or credit score has absolutely nothing to do with the violation of my privacy. Being told this made me feel that my complaint was minimized and not taken seriously. I am deeply uncomfortable with the fact that my personal device was accessed without consent, and the lack of accountability and empathy from your staff has only added to my frustration. I believe my privacy was disrespected, and I expected a more professional and appropriate response when reporting such a concern. Instead, I feel that the situation was brushed off rather than properly addressed.

I used my roadside assistance insurance for our tire change service. The service itself was quick. The driver that responded was polite and efficient. I originally missed the call from the office (my phone went to voice mail). When I called back the dispatcher seemed aggravated. It was her tone that threw her off. Until I asked if a certain employee was responding (he was family), once I mentioned him being family her tone completely changed. I would recommend Auto Medic. The dispatcher seemed to be having an "off" day.
