On 2/2/26 I had a flat tire and this business was sent to change my tire. After 3 hours I called and they lied and said they had trouble with their truck. After another hour they sent a stupid kid out in his car. When I asked where his truck was he said "Boss don't roll the truck for a flat." They lied. After 20 minutes he determned he could not help. He said I needed a tow truck but they wouldn't touch it. My truck had fallen off the jack when when I tried to change the tire. I explained this to them and they still sent the stupid kid in his car. I called AAA back. Another failure. Then I called Guffy's and he did a fantastic job. He actually brought his truck and lifted my tuck and changed my tire. Why AAA uses this worthless business is beyond me. If I am ever stranded in South Alabama I will not allow Pinky's to be called. AAA should drop them from being used. Bobby Schrimsher

If there was a zero i would rate them a 0 they were supposed to tow my car for progressive from dothan to enterprise they never showed after I waited 3 hours the dispatcher was rude AND raised her voice to me and called me a liar about whether or not the driver called me or texted me so I just told her that I would tell progressive NOT to send business to them anymore and that's what I did ! Progressive sent c&c from ozark and he was great professional and the dispatcher was super nice next time call c&c !

Left me sitting on the side of the road waiting for 4 hours. Every time I would call they would say one more hour. Worst customer service ever. No need to lie. Just tell someone your not able to come.
