My husband does business here a good bit. He used to go to the one on Finley, which for the them I get a complete 5star!! But since we moved the one in Bessemer is closer. The people are really helpful and nice. Considering it's a scrap yard it so neat and clean always. It's convenient and quick! They always have you in and out before you know it.But the last few times the weighthasn't been right on anything. The scales are off. There's others that's complained about it as well. Some people actually put hard work into a load of scap. Its disappointing and very frustrating when you know it's wrong but they still do nothing to fix it

The guys working the scales didnt zero/tare them out did it to me and guy behind me scsles it was 3pnds under when put my stuff on them when we said something they acted like didnt know or understand. I run scales you dont just not know.
