I had a very difficult project to transfer from one trailer to another a very large commercial HVAC 10-15 Tonnage roof top unit, with a weight of at least 1,800lbs. After getting zero follow-up from a local towing company that had informed me they would need "manager approval (he never contacted me after two days waiting)," I called the adjacent city Elite Towing to explain and make an appointment for next day. Unbeknownst to me, I was actually dealing with the Elite owner from the first call. The professionalism, knowledge and follow-up was outstanding. The owner actually showed up to the job site early the next day with a roll-back tow truck. The large unit would not fit through the rear ramp trailer opening, and the very experienced owner figured out a method to side load. I was extremely impressed with his skill and knowledge. I would highly recommend Elite and I will be using them again. The highest rating here, 5-star, is too low.
