BEWARE!!! SCAM SOLD A BAD TRANSMISSION WITH 90 days warranty but won’t take it’s back . Blame on all other excuses.. BAD BUSINESS STAY AWAY AT ALL COST . Keep say they will come pick up their bad transmission and refund but never did. Hang up my phone call and put me on hold over 20 mins then hang up . Unprofessional business . Albert is a manager and he’s a JERK . Take your money to somewhere else . I didn’t research or look up there business before I pay . DONT PAY CASH . They will never give you refund if it’s a bad parts !!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Call the establishment all damn twice this morning twice at mid day twice this evening an finally got someone at 3:58pm. So I describe my vehicle make model year the basics. After doing that twice the gentleman ask again what model. I said LINCOLN LS, his question was again what model. I said sir it’s a LS, he’s said is it a 400,430, or 460. I said again sir it’s a Lincoln not a Lexus. He raised his voice in the phone saying “WE AINT GO ONE” click hung up…… The other people that were there a while ago had tremendous better customer service than this.

Purchased an engine from here and it was delivered within a reasonable time frame. My mechanic had it installed with the old engine ready to be shipped back within two days. I called Albert and he said he’d send someone out soon and call me back. He never called me back. This same thing happened about a dozen times over three months. They still haven’t picked up my engine so I can get my core charge back. It’s also taking up a lot of space in my mechanics shop. I have wasted an incredible amount of time calling them and waiting around after they would tell me a day they would pickup and no one would show up. I just want my engine to be picked up. Edit after the owners response: They made no indication that delivering my engine to another state would be a “special exception” until it came time to pickup my old engine so I can get my core charge back. They can’t call me back but they’re pretty quick to respond to a bad review.
