Feb 9 first interaction he’s communication has been poorly. We arrived after traveling an hour to see this Infiniti listed for 199k miles & no issues. When we get there he comes out gives us the key and goes back into his office. Though we had to book an appointment. Infiniti has more miles and oil leak , we tried negotiating like $400-500 off due to repairs needed, he said no. He told us he submitted the tittle transfer application that day because I tried to get a different car on his lot the same day & he couldn’t cancel the application. I still owed $900 but he made it seem like the tittle was on its way. Check engine light turned on for the catalytic converter/02sensor on the way home. The spark plugs were soaked French ed in oil. The ignition coils were all broken pushed in place. Im $500 in on parts and I can’t even drive the car yet. I messaged him Feb 21st to pay my $900 balance, I have my new bill of sale and he told me Monday he will submit my tittle Transfer. Thursday I messaged him because there was no update and he told me his wife was sick and he will try to submit Friday. Friday I messaged him all day and no response. Saturday I messaged him asking for an Update and what was going on and he told me I can come to Madison hospital on 72 room 321 to meet him with his wife. He was trying to be a smartass he than told me He has a brother that works there for him when I pointed out that he’s been posting cars and he has gotten a few bad reviews. He told me he doesn’t care about anything else But his wife. I asked him if he’s brother is working there under his car dealership license how come He couldn’t submit my tittle transfer application aince He’s physically selling cars there. He than told me no that’s not his job and got angry at me and told me he already told me something and that I Don’t care about his wife and told me he’s not gonna keep telling me the same thing over and over. After This interaction I have him a bad review in Facebook in which as soon as he saw it he blocked me. I’m calling the DMV today to report him and sending demand letter. I have no clue what else i can do. Please do you’re research i wish I would’ve looked on here and read the reviews. He’s a scam artist and a liar. I really hope i get my tittle and pray it is a clean tittle

Super glad I had an ounce of discernment when dealing with this man. I was looking for a specific car and they had it for a great price, $2750. I went to drive it, and it wasn't the smoothest ride and I was willing to overlook that, but there was an incessant clicking and the lights on the dash were blinking, and the alarm was apparently going on and off. This made him lower the price to $2500. I made an educated guess that maybe the wiring in the door was faulty, so they pulled out the wiring for that which made it work instantly, and then he jacked the price on fb up $150 bucks over his asking price. I ask to drive it again, and I took it straight to autozone. The freon needed to be recharged, the power steering fluid chamber was almost detached, an $89 valve needed to be replaced, the "brand new" battery was COVERED in corrosion, and the ECU didn't have a cover on it. When I brought it back, it was excuse after excuse. According to him, the control module on the car doesn't need a cover because the hood covers it up. 10/10 for nonsense, that's for sure. I offered a few hundred below his NEW asking price, and he refused and became defensive when I pointed out the potential issues. Then after I left, he jacked up the price on fb for that car, and a couple of others, before ultimately removing the listing altogether. Run don't walk away!

I purchased a vehicle in November 2024, I have been lied to several times about the title being sent to my home. This was a cash purchase. It is now November 2025 and I still have not received it. I did see where This company and the owner named Charles is listing vehicles on marketplace and messaged him and his response was it’s 10 PM at night. I’ve waited a year for a title and he thinks that I should be concerned about messaging him at 10 PM. I don’t think so. He then removed his self from the message and removed the listing.Stay far away from this place.
