The tow company towed my car. When I got it the next day I had severe damage to my front end bumper as well as my alignment. I was sent photos of it being picked up and you can clearly see there was no damage before it was picked up. I have multiple eye witnesses that can confirm the damage was done by the tow truck guy. When I called the owner and told him all of this I was informed there was no way that it was their fault. He said he would come look at it, but the whole time I talked to him he made it clear that he refused to take responsibility for the damage HIS company did to my car. As of now he still has yet to contact me. If I ever needed anything towed again I would rather push it uphill on gravel then let them touch it.
