The whole experience started out very good. I spoke with Bryan on the phone about a truck I was interested in. Very polite and answered all my questions. Even took it on a "test drive" with me on the phone to talk me through its performance. Then provided a video of the truck after the drive. All looked and sounded good. Was told this is strong truck! Decided to make the 2 hour trip to see the truck and test drive myself. Got there and Bryan was super helpful and told me to take the truck anywhere and for as long as I wanted. No pressure! So I did, and everything was great. Truck was nice, clean, and ran the way I expected it to run. No smells, leaks, noises, or anything that would have brought up a concern. A couple of minor things were broken/missing (front bumper cover, window switch, motor hose connector, skid plate, and air filter) and he fixed all of them except the skid plate and air filter. Was told his shop guy would find one before I picked the car up the next day, but they did not. Told Bryan I would be back the next morning at 8am to make a deal. I had to wait over an hour for the finance guy to show up. Then "other stuff" started happening and I was left just sitting in the office waiting for almost another hour to purchase the truck. Finally they came back in and did paperwork and bought truck. Bryan told me all the fluids were checked and I was good to go and enjoy the truck! Less than a week later, the truck starts to "hard shift" on me. Believing it was the adaptive learning transmission just learning a new driver I didn't think much of it. Then driving down interstate and the truck starts to "shudder" with the rumble strip feeling. I knew this was either the torque converter or the CDF clutch on the transmission due to my experience with a previous truck I owned. A WEEK LATER! So I called Bryan to discuss and see what they were going to do about it. I was told I needed to buy a warranty (which I was never offered one at time of purchase, so didn't know they sold them) and wait 30 days and then just make a claim. I pushed back and he just told me I had to talk to his shop manager. So I did, for days we went back and forth and to be honest, the shop manager John, was the best part of this experience!!! He and I talked and came up with a few small things I could do, which I did at my expense, only for the problems to continue for another week now. When I told John they needed to stand behind their product and even though I did not buy a warranty (again not offered one at time of purchase) they should be willing to fix the issues due to there being a decorum in respectable companies!! He agreed and said he would talk to his bosses and hopefully get me in to the shop and get my issues resolved. This DID NOT happen. In fact, John called me back and I was told "sorry we are not going to do anything, but to just put some shudder fix additive into the transmission and hopefully that will take care of it". NOTHING more than a band aid!! This may help but will not fix any real issues!!! I texted Bryan to call me back so we could discuss further and was told he would return my call as soon as he could. I have not heard back from him!! Needless to say I am very disappointed that I made a 4hr round trip to purchase a $25K truck and be told all was good with it and it was a strong truck only for it to have major transmission issues less than a week later!!!!!!! and be blown off by Bryan and Lamb Motor ownership!!! Now I have to find a way to pay for something that Lamb Motors should be fixing due to either they already knew the transmission was messed up and didn't disclose it OR simply being a ethical company that stands behind their products they sell and within such a short amount of time fix issues that come up!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

great place. traveling from Florida to Arkansas. truck started acting up. vibrating bad. Friday at 4 pm. rolled into Lambs and they had us on the road in 1 hour. the price was very fair and the people were very nice and helpful. thank you so much.

Got a 2008 fj cruiser from them on 03-12/25. Bryan, and Dwight wasted no time getting me the best deal possible on it. They went above and beyond for financing options. They had just gotten the car from another dealer and parked it. A few issues came up with misfires and VCS no fault on their part as it is a used vehicle. No codes were on during the test drive. Lambs motors have been very professional in getting it fixed for me in a timely manner, and Bryan promised they would fix any of the issues going on with it due to engine codes. Their mechanics have went above, and beyond trying to help get the vehicle back up to top notch shape. I’d give them 10 stars for the customer service they have provided. It is nice to have a used car dealership that stands behind their word, and cares about their customers to ensure they have a dependable vehicle for their family’s.
